Step 1:

Candidate Response Management and short - listing

- We are happy to get all applications from candidates. All applicants will be reviewed and considered as valued resource.

- Once we have selected appropriate candidates for our position, we will contact them by their given phone number or email to conduct an interview.

- We regret that only short listed candidates will be notified. However, all resumes will be also recorded as candidate resource for later positions.

Step 2:


- Depending on the position, we will arrange for interview rounds with HR, functional departments and the Board of Directors (for management level positions).

- The first round interview will be conducted with HR which focused on individual ability of candidates. On the second round, the candidate will be interviewed by our Manager with further focus on the skills and experience as well as specialized knowledge required for the position being recruited. However, we can arrange for a board interview for candidates with HR and functional departments if needed.

- We will inform the recruitment result within 5 working days since the date of your interview.

Step 3:

Taking the job

- We will reach an agreement with candidates who are selected for our vacancy to get the most convenient first working day for both sides. On the first day you will sign the Offer letter and Probationary employment contract.

- Please also give us your full profile which includes: Curriculum vitae with latest photo Authenticated by local government.

- Notarized copy of: Household, Identify Card (ID), related certificates or degrees, score result.

- All documents which show your previous working history (if any).

- Health certificate within 6 months.

- 03 photos at 3x4 size.
